Hi everyone.  This is Cindy and I understand that choosing a Realtor can be a difficult decision as the choices are many.  Why choose me?

I realize that this will be one of the biggest purchases of your life and I want to help make it a positive and seamless experience. On the other hand when selling your property it can be stressful and emotional and I am there to help you have a smooth transition. I feel my skills in problem-solving, paying attention to details, following through and listening to my clients has allowed me to accomplish these goals.  My clients come to trust me because I have demonstrated my dedication to their needs and they know I won’t stop working until they are completely satisfied.  Trust is a huge factor and I start to build that at the very first moment we meet.

On a more personal note I believe in giving back to my community and was a board member for several years for the “Foster Youth Educational Fund” giving college grants to foster youth with little or no means of pursuing a higher education.  Most recently I have been involved with “Water for Warrriors”.  This organization selects a wounded Veteran to receive a swimming pool (in the Tri County Area) for aquatic water therapy.  Currently we are building a pool in Lincoln, CA for a well-deserved Veteran and his family.

When I am not at work I enjoy time with my husband, family and friends.  I enjoy hiking, cooking, eating, relaxing by our pool, reading and traveling.  Lake Tahoe holds a special place in my heart and I love to visit as often as I can.
